Projects and services must be used lawfully. Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they supply and the services they offer comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Prohibited uses

Services may not be used for fraud, unauthorized access, malware distribution, unlawful harassment, intellectual property infringement or other illegal activity.

Third-party platforms

Clients must also comply with the policies of any hosting, payment, messaging or other integrated services.

Project review

We may decline projects that require unlawful functionality or violate applicable third-party platform terms.
