Terms of Service

These draft terms describe the proposed process for Pro Go Sites and Marketing. Final project terms, pricing, deliverables, revision scope, timelines and ownership must be agreed in a written project agreement before work begins.

Projects and approvals

Each project requires an agreed scope. Clients may explore the completed website and request revisions within the agreed scope before payment. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.

Pricing

Pricing is based on project scope and the client's budget. Weekly payment arrangements may be offered and must be documented in the individual project agreement. Third-party fees, such as domains, hosting, payment processing or subscriptions, should be identified separately.

Intellectual property

Ownership, licensing of code and assets, and transfer of accounts must be specified in the signed project agreement. Third-party software and media remain subject to their respective licenses.
